Traci Gagnon.
The Baylor University graduate has been continuously inspired by learning and education throughout her career. She has achieved a prestigious NLP certification with the Anthony Robbins Mastery University and integrates these skills with extensive real estate experience to nurture and develop fellow agents.
Entering real estate over 18 years ago, Traci opened a Century 21 franchise with five agents. She quickly built her team to over 220 agents and became the #4 Century office in the nation within just a few years.
After selling the franchise at the top of the market, Traci expanded into professional speaking circuits, educating brokers and agents about creating strong and successful real estate teams. The agents in Traci’s team receive premier coaching about building long-term passive income streams while doing what they love.
In 2015, Traci joined Keller Williams’ eXp team and became their top recruiter nationwide within her first year. She has written three books, and earned multiple awards for her exceptional outcomes and influence in real estate, including Platinum Top 50, Quadruple Gold winner, Top Growth Partner, 50 Million Club, and more!
